·    We have a Courtesy Block of 20 rooms for Friday night and 20 rooms for Saturday night. More rooms can be added if needed and available.

• Same rate applies whether you choose a One King Bed or Two Double Bed Room.
• Discounted rate applies to One or Two nights stay.
• Reservations must be made by or before July 3rd, 2026 to guarantee the special block rate. After that date, it's up to the hotel’s discretion and availability.
• The discounted rate is fully refundable up to two days before the start of stay.
• Parking Fee is waived (a $10 per night value).
• If you need late checkout, ask at the front desk and they will accommodate if possible.
• If you want breakfast at the hotel, you would pay.
